Invertase enzyme is the quick and safe tool for breaking down sucrose into glucose and fructose at very high conversion rates, without the risk of producing hydroxy-methyl-furfural (HMF) which is toxic for bees. Conditions for optimal inversion need pH (acidity) regulation and temperature control. This is why we developed our new invertobee brand.

Invertobee products are versatile enough to make either sugar syrup or paste easily. They can be used from temperatures 20ºC to 60ºC, depending on the product you choose. The final product has no HMF (below detection limits) which is implicated in bee mortality.
In order to use our products you only need a thermometer and a scale. Apart invertase enzyme, our products contain carefully selected ingredients that are safe for the bees and regulate pH and final product texture. The sugar bee dough has soft texture, is not thrown away and has excellent assimilation.
