Pricing

Prices shown are without VAT Tax (24%). Tax is shown in your shopping cart when you register. If you provide a valid VAT number, then for countries other than Greece, VAT is zero.

Payment methods

Payment methods available are the following:

1. Wire bank transfer. Usually it takes 1-4 business days for the order to be completed.
   
2. Instant payment by credit card, through POS gateway from Viva Payment Services S.A. (multilingual gateway).
   
3. Instant payment by Paypal

Shipping

Shipping cost is calulated by either Weight Based Shipping module, or by DHL express module.

Weight Based Shipping is performed via ELTA (Hellenic Post) or combination of courier and road transport (only for Europe).

For DHL express you have option DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE (for all countries) or  DHL ECONOMY SELECT (road transport only available for Europe)

We are shipping to dozens of countries but if your country is not available in our system, please send us a note to add it and accept our apologies.

Update: During the past months, due to the big delays caused by COVID-19 restrictions in postal services, we have have decided to ship all orders with DHL or UPS, depending on your destination country.

Extra shipment cost up to 20 EUR will be subsidized by us and your deliveries will be in 2-3 business days for most destinations.

If your destination address is charged with high shipping costs by these companies, then you have to select DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE (for all countries) or DHL ECONOMY SELECT (road transport only available for Europe).

So it is advisable to check in your shopping cart the shipping cost prior to finalizing your order.

Delivery time

It usually takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the country you are located and the service selected.

Upon your request we can make shipments the way you prefer.  In this case please place your order and send us a note.

The table below shows the best transport prices depending on order weight. All parcels are traceable with tracking number.

Yellow background: Hellenic post international first-class letter mail (approx. delivery time one week).

Magenta background: Hellenic post international parcel service (approx. delivery time one week).

Grey background: ACS courier road transport (delivery time 5-10 working days).
