1. Pricing & Tax Information

Display Prices

All prices shown on our website are in Euros (€) and exclude VAT. 

Value Added Tax (VAT):

    • Greek customers: 24% VAT applies automatically at checkout. Please provide your VAT registration number. 

    • EU customers: No VAT tax is applicable as soon as you provide a VAT number registered in the European Union for cross border transactions on goods or services.

    • Non-EU customers: No VAT charged. Please provide your EIN / TIN / TFN or similar tax ID number

2. Payment methods

    • SEPA transfers (EU customers): Typically clear in 1-2 business days 

    • SWIFT transfers (International): Usually clear in 2-4 business days

    • Bank details: Provided automatically after order placement

Credit / Debit Card

How Shipping Costs Are Calculated: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

    • Destination: Your delivery country and region 

    • Shipping method: Standard or express service (where available)

We work with trusted carriers to ensure reliable, timely delivery: 

Primary Carriers:

    • ELTA (Hellenic Post): Reliable service throughout Greece and Europe 

    • Fedex or DHL: Frequently used for optimal speed and tracking 

    • European Road Transport/Courier Services: Cost-effective options for EU destinations 

Carrier Selection: We select the most appropriate carrier based on your location, package size, and desired delivery speed to ensure the best balance of cost and service. 

    • Greece: 2-4 business days 

    • European Union: 5-10 business days 

    • International: 7-14 business days 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs processing, carrier schedules, and destination remoteness. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. 

The delivery times for Fedex or DHL can be from 1-2 business days till 5-7 business days depending on your location and the service selected during checkout.

Tracking Your Order:

Every shipment includes tracking:

    • Tracking number provided via email once your order ships 

    • Real-time status updates available through carrier website 

    • Monitor your package from dispatch to delivery 

Track your order:

    1. Check your shipping confirmation email for the tracking number

4. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

EU Customers:

No customs duties apply for shipments within the EU. 

International Orders (Non-EU):

When ordering from outside the European Union, please be aware: 

    • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees charged by your country 

    • Variable Costs: These fees vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority 

    • Not Included: Import charges are NOT included in our product or shipping prices 

    • Payment: Typically collected by the carrier upon delivery or by customs before release 

What You Should Know:

    • Contact your local customs office for estimated duty rates 

    • Duties are usually based on product value and category 

    • Some countries have duty-free thresholds for low-value shipments 

    • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in package return (return shipping charges apply) 

5. Order Processing and Dispatch

Processing Time: Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. 

Dispatch Notifications: You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. 

Business Days: Monday-Friday, excluding Greek public holidays.
