Order Modifications

After Dispatch: Once shipped, orders cannot be modified. You may return items according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Payment Terms
Payment Required: Full payment is required before order dispatch (except for approved bank transfer orders).

Payment Security: All payment processing is handled through secure, encrypted gateways. We do not store complete credit card information.
Failed Payments: If payment authorization fails:
